Pulev is garbage; the HW div. is trash.

    that fight was atrocious.

i wanna like wlad and vitali but their fighting style is just utterly painful to watch.

    too much clinching.

also would like to see them fight someone who doesnt have a beer belly.

dude you cant be serious. Bruno was as slow as dirt and wide open to left hooks. he wouldn't have lasted 2 rounds with wlad

Just another crap win for Wlad as people continue to believe he is one of the greatest HW's of all time. He's not. He's just competing in an era where fighters literally have minimal boxing skills. Wlad would've gotten wrecked and been knocked out multiple times had he come up in the 90's. And if you don't believe that, then you really don't know your boxing.
I'm old so I was treated to ali and the greats, those brothers wouldn't have come close to sniffing those belts back in prime time

5burowz reminds me of another poster who was permanently banned from boxingscene.

That poster, the most notorious Klitschko hater on the internet, brags on another site that he has an alt account here at boxingscene and is posting "under the radar".

You can't be serious with this post.

I love how in fantasy matchups Wlad is a beast that takes out a solid fighter like Bruno in two rounds, when in reality it takes him 6 rounds to get rid of Pianeta, 4 to Mormeck, 5 Pulev, 12 Chambers, 7 for fat Rahman.

I think Bruno would have been a very stiff test for Wlad. Though I think Wlad would win, he would certainly provide a good test.

I agree, for the most part. Bruno would be a tricky fight for Wladimir. He'd be conscious of Bruno's power and inside game, so would likely jab and tie him up for the first half of the fight before perhaps scoring a late KO or wide UD.

I didn't understand what all the hype was about. Pulev has looked like a big stiff idiot in all his fights.

Not so under the radar now.

I only just seen that guy pop up and some of his reasoning is beyond most of the resident haters here. A league of his own.

Bruno was a shocking opponent LAcedUp.

He was tall and strong and lean, that is it. He had no skills whatsoever and was hurt easily.

You are always promoting Bruno but truth is he was one of the worst opponents of all in the 90's and would be pretty much the same in the 00's and 10's!

2 rounds is pretty fair to me! He did not have the skills or chin of Pulev to survive 5!

Very bad fight to watch IMO.

Just 2 big, stiff guys wrestling.

I don't really blame Wlad - and I can't really see what Pulev was trying to do, he was far too static and upright, just standing right in front of Wlad.

It will take something pretty special to get past either Klitschko - mobility, power, strength and a very decent inside game.

None of the European fighters have what it takes, and I have yet to see anything else from the USA or elsewhere.

Klitschko is so good at holding and tying up that it is impossible to create a rhythm or any type of combination punching to break him down.

It is insanely dull and frustrating to watch - but effective.
