He gave Vlad a good fight as long as it lasted, many of Vlad's opponents don't come to fight like that.

How can anybody who understands boxing claim Pulev to be garbage? He is clearly a classy fighter, he has a deep amateur background and was decorated with numerous medals as an am. He won gold in the super heavyweight division in 2008, for instance. He is a skilled boxer ffs.
BEFORE the fight they were claiming he is just like Wlad but does everything a little bit worse, which is fair call.

NOW he is a total bum.

    Sour! Untasteful!

I wonder what Pulev would think about such disrespect!

He is also still fairly young and still on a learning curve. I bet he will propel from the Vlad fight and most likely be the champ when Vlad retires!
He did come and give Wlad a fight, which imo brought out the best in Wlad which led to one of the best Wlad fights I've seen in a long time.

But Pulev was more rough than skillful, he came in close to Wlad's chest and didn't show him respect on the inside which was good to see. In turn we got one hell of a left hook to end curtains for him. Apparently, Wlad got lucky

but as you say, has a deep amateur background - and he fights like one. he's flatfooted and doesn't really have anything else than a jab and a right hand, that really isn't that good.

Ignoring all of your obviously false and BS points, you made statement that Pulev MAINLY roughed him up and did not employ skilful boxing.

        Let's analyse this..

        Your Pulev.

Your opponent is the most elite technical giant boxer of all time with the most supreme conditioning and a mountain of muscle who can turn your lights out with crunching power.

You are confident in your own skills which have served you well your entire career, you've barely lost a fight. None as a pro yourself. But you KNOW you cannot match the man in front of you who is longer, stronger and better than you at everything!

        You CAN'T outbox him!

Your ONLY hope is to get in there and make a FIGHT of it!

And that's exactly what he did. He did what he had to do, to TRY AND WIN! Unlike say, Haye, who mainly tried to survive!

So **** off with your ridiculous rubbish! Your embarrassing yourself!

The 60 yr olds are over at history. You belong there. Geriatric at the age of 30!

Would this guy be able to do this against someone with even a modicum of common sense? what if those guys had a guard coming in?

Vlad looked great against Sh1zzle. Pulov, head held high, hands way in front, plodding in with no threat to discourage a punch gets left hooked....and now he is the greatest thing since sliced bread?

Man we have some gullible idiots on this forum.

Neither Waldimir or Pulev ever get hit hardly in any of their other fights!

It's obviously WK that was too good for Pulev.

And there's obviously something about Klitschko's style that he can do that and STILL not get hit much! His timing is superior and he can sense the punches.

You call these guys lummoxes, yet they are the biggest and best boxers on the planet out of nearly 9 billion ppl.

Why doesn't anyone with this "common sense" beat them easily then?

what bizarre tactics from pulev, ...did he think he was on a harley ?

not to mention his nonexistent head movement.

credit where credit is due though wlad took him out, though we did see a glimpse of his chin, got badly wobbled from the only clean punch pulev landed....a jab lol.
