I think he's run out of every idea to get Jr. to fight him and now he's hoping if he pretends he's going to go down south, maybe it'll convince Jr. to jump on Pac while he still fights at 147lbs and Jr. can feel he's the bigger man.

You see this is psychology against Jr. Pac thinks Jr. is scared of him at his current weight. If Pac says he is moving down to 140lbs or even 135lbs, it's to convince Fraud that Pac really is that small of a fighter and it should be no problem fighting Pac at 147lbs then.

Sometimes you have to think outside the box
what would you say if pacquiao fights vargas next?

Notice how the Floyd-worshipers always say Floyd walks around at 150 blah, blah, blah but never reveals his day of the fight weight... Pac is legit way too small for WW, it's been one of the most incredible runs for a guy to fight in his 7th weight division when he could easily make weight in the two divisions below it...

This is why Pac > Mayweather all time

Mayweather will try to demand Pacquiao fight him at 150 like he did during the first negotiation, which Floyd fans act like it never happened...
