who holds the cards here?Who does everyone want to fight?Mayweather is the answer to both questions. Pac has lost to marquez and bradley supposedly what is the risk of losing to mayweather and biggest reward in boxing. Why would arum roadblock this fight. It could be his biggest payday too. All roads lead to mayweather and he keeps setting roadblocks. Mayweather has already claimed he won't work with arum. To me and just like a lot of other people this sounds like another excuse. It's mayweather with the biggest risk that's the reason why he's avoiding this fight.

So I guess you missed the parts when Sheifer was talking about making the fight and Arum wanted nothing to do with GB. Or when Bob had to build a stadium? Or when he didn't know who to call? Or when he would only present 4 names to Pacquiao to fight(none being Mayweather)? Or Arum saying the cut would need 5-6 months to heal? The list goes on and one. Those couldn't be called roadblocks or excuses though, huh? Pac was a much bigger risk 5 years ago and the day after the Cotto fight, Floyd authorized GB to make the fight, so him being a risk now makes zero sense.Comment

floyd wouldn't even fight journeyman maidana unless he wore pillow gloves. pac would never agree to that garbage so the fight will never happen. floyd's just too much of a puss-y.Comment

the only money fights for TBE are against aggressive plodders who people have the perception of TBE getting beaten to a pulp. remember, TBE's ppv numbers are driven by people wanting to see him lose. golovkin vs TBE will be a smash hit, but that's not going to happen. who else do we have? algieri vs TBE will be a snooze fez.

algeiri just beat prov who was a top fighter. maidana beat broner and broner was far from a top ww. a catchweight actually helps algeiri so i don't even understand what you are saying. pac is champ at 147 and algeiri at 140 therefore they should meet in the middle. makes sense but you don't even know what you are complaining about. are you complaining that pac is draining him even though he fights at 140 not 144 or that he's scared to fight him at 147 when he's 140 champ? obviously floyd is worse he forced his opponent to wear pillow gloves.Comment

So sorry to tell you, but if Floyd wanting different gloves again Maidana is bad, Pac wanting a catchweight against Algieri is 10x worse! It helps Algieri, but somehow he didn't want it and Pac forced it?? If that's the case, why didn't they give Morales the catchweight that he wanted, seeing that Pac uses them to help the other fighter!
