The fight doesn't carry the luster it once carried..and there are way too many hurdles especially from Mayweather's side to make this fight happen...

Mayweather will fight Al Haymon-signed cherry picks and then retire... simple as that... he'll probably fight another 3 or 4 times... but I think after his next fight his PPV numbers will begin to take a serious downward spiral...because even the fans who buy the fights to see Mayweather lose won't pay for PPV if they can't get behind the opponent...

Pacquiao can fight Marquez/Maidana/Danny Garcia... all three would be interesting fights.. let's focus on those..

Pac signed multiyear contract extensions with Top Rank twice since the Pac-Floyd fight became the biggest fight in boxing.

If he wanted to fight with floyd, he could have fought him when he was a free agent. Haymond would give him a one fight deal with no multifight contract, no rematch clause at more money than arum could ever give him.

If Pac really wanted the fight, he would have made it. As soon as his top rank contract ran out, Cotto made the fight with Floyd and has since worked with Arum again. Pac could have done it as well but didnt.

How did signing with Al Haymon work for Amir Khan? Cotto never signed with Al Haymon either... another Floyd-worshiper making lame excuses...

So when Floyd says "My Health Comes first" and never wants to discuss Pacquiao... that has to do with Pac not signing with Al Haymon?

Floyd is the one who claims he's TBE... he needs to make some effort otherwise he will continue to be known as guy whose resume doesn't compare with the ATGs...

It helps Algieri, but somehow he didn't want it and Pac forced it?? If that's the case, why didn't they give Morales the catchweight that he wanted, seeing that Pac uses them to help the other fighter! You just sound silly!
Focusing on the "catchweight" issue. I think Pac is in no win situation here. If he beat Algeiri @ 140, everybody will say Pac is a champ @ 147 who beat "smaller" 140lber. If he beat Algeiri @ 147, everybody will say he beat a "Blowned" 140lber. so the most logical weight will be in-between. And besides, Pac has no benefits in draning himself down.

I actually think for once this fight may take place. If Canelo vs Coto gets made, Floyd will have no option but to fight Pac or change dates. There's no one out there that Floyd could fight to trump Cotto/Canelo besides Pac. So either a) Floyd decides to rematch Cotto or Canelo
            b) Floyd fights Pac or c) Floyd changes dates.

              GGG vs Cotto or Canelo

The Cotto Rematch should make sense to the FRAUDSTER...

He picks up the MW Strap, and beats a Faded Cotto with ease...

First the Cotto/Canelo fight has to be set for Cinco de Mayo weekend and there is no guarantee that is gonna happen. Canelo wants CDM, Cotto wants June.
