Kovalev vs Stevenson - who wins?

I've changed my mind since I wrote this and I think Kovalev is the favourite.

Stevenson has a very good punchers chance though, especially early on. Pascal was able to walk Kovalev onto some big counters (something Adonis is very good at, even to the point he over does it sometimes) in their fight, but Pascal doesn't punch as hard as StevensoN.

Kovalev seems to be better at control range, has power in both hands and has better stamina. He's also pretty good at fighting southpaws.

Everyone knows that Stevenson is one handed and still they can't block/dodge his left hand. Why do you think Kovalev would able to do it? Kovalev isn't a defensive wizard he swallowed plenty of looping, wide punches from Pascal, why do you think that he would have such an easy time with Stensons' lightning fast straight left?

Kovalev admitted he fought poorly vs Pascal and got hit with lefts that he should have avoided. Sure, if he boxes poorly the pimp could catch him. But if he boxes intelligently as he did vs Bhop then it will be an easy fight IMO.

I favor Kov, he is the more skilled fighter. Power is even. Stevenson has fight changing power so he always has a real chance

His jabs are more for testing waters and distract but the cause why he can keep the distance most of the time are his rangy straight left (which is a constant threat for the opponent) and his footwork.

difference is Bhop wasn't throwing anything back, in the first 6 rounds, Stevenson will throw and he will land. Kovalev has been caught with plenty of punches in his career, the Pascal fight was not the anomaly, the Bhop fight was.
