Ward is still the A-side like he was when he beat Dawson (who also beat Hopkins)

Kovavlev should fight Pascal next, because there are not to many names in the division. Ward should fight Dirrell next or take a tuneup.

Hopkins should drop down to 168 lb and try to get a title there if he could make the weight or just retire.

Stevenson has a couple of guys he can face Pascal, Bute, a 168lb fighter moving up, etc. Those are a lot of big money fights in Canada.

Is Kovalev signed to HBO, like Stevenson is to Showtime?

How can he be the A-side when the other guy is more well known, generates more excitement and is an active fighter? It just doesnt make sense. Ward has done virtually nothing for three years and still has nothing lined up. Outside of boxing fans, hardly anyone knows who he is.

If Ward is the A side the only way that fight with him and Kovalev happens is if its in Brooklyn and If Kovalev drops down to 168lbs.

Ward will probably try and get it in Oakland.

bingo. Ward's juice has dried up. he's gonna rot out there in Oakland. Kov is the obvious A-side. more casuals than you think, watched bhop/kov either live, DVR, or the next day broadcast.

Let the ratings decide. Look at there past 3 fights and whoever is higher is the A-side

I'm hyped to see any Kovalev fight. I didn't even watch Ward vs Rodriguez live or on replay

This ^^^. Like I said, the guy isnt just exciting to watch, he has also just beaten a fighter who is known and respected the world over in a way thats never been done before. He also has a glowing endorsement from the said fighter.
