I also didn't mention that Ring Magazine tends to rank popular and undefeated fighters higher than they should be ranked...

Guys like Mayweather and Andre Ward who hardly challenge themselves are ranked at the top of the list because they don't take challenges and they don't lose...

Andre Ward shouldn't even be ranked on the list anymore but he's ranked number 2...

Pound for Pound list should be:

1. Wlad - he fought everyone in the division and never ducked anyone and hasn't lost since when?
2. Triple G - he demolishes everyone and is constantly ducked
3. Kovalev - similar reasons to Triple G
4. Pacquiao - ranked above Mayweather because he's shown more of a good faith effort to make the fight and just beat an undefeated top 5 pound for pound ranked fighter...
5. Mayweather - keeps winning but doesn't take on any challenges - openly ducks fights for health and not-for business reasons ducks tough fights for more money to fight for less money against easier opposition
6. Bradley - willing to fight anyone and has only lost to Pacquiao..beat Alexander and Marquez handily the same Alexander who dominated Maidana...

That fans idolize fighters that's why we never get the competitive fights that we want as real fans of the boxing culture itself and not individual fighters...

Too many Floyd, Manny, Cotto, Danny Garcia, and Sergio Martinez **** riders out there who just want to see their "favorite" fighters win and not take on the biggest challenges...

That's why we get Danny Garcia v. Rob Salsa... and Mayweather v. Maidana 2 and Pacquiao v. Algieri

I really hate to include Pacquiao in that list because I know he will fight anyone within reason but following a promoter blindly is Pac's responsibility...

Canelo hasn't ducked an opponent from what I've seen so I'm not putting him on the list but I have a feeling he wants no part of Triple G... he's already stated he needs another year... so he can fight Floyd and Cotto now but Triple G he needs a year... seems suspect...
