What is the name of the PRIME, ELITE welterweight fighter that floyd has defeated that makes him "TBE"?

At the time he defeated Judah, he was an Elite welterweight....He did lose an upset to Baldomir but he was also the former undisputed Welterweight champion


Mosley was not in his prime but he was the number one ranked welterweight in the world at the time they fought...Over Cotto, Pacquaio, Margro etc

Guerrero was ranked in the top 5 when he fought him so that means he was elite in the weight class


Ortiz is considered a head case today but at the time they fought, he was a top five weltweight
