Wladimir Klitschko vs. Kubrat Pulev

I've followed Wladimir Klitschko intently for the last 8 or so years and this was his most dangerous fight. Pulev had the almost the right game plan; pressure Wlad, take the fight to him; rough him up, hit the body and head on the clinch and make him uncomfortable. Pulev did all those things and seemed like he wobbled Wlad on several occasions but was not able to capitalize because of the holding. However Pulev did not employ a good enough defense to withstand Klitschko's superior offense.

At the end of the day, Wlad impressed me. He kept his composure against a very determined and rough opponent and landed his signature power punches with precision. Kubrat Pulev also impressed me with his grit, determination, toughness and warrior like mentality; he took a lot of chances to muster his offense but was caught with the big bombs and went out on his shield.

This was as good a fight you will see with Wladimir KLitshcko

Still I would be more interested in Fury, Wilder, Stiverne. Hopefully they all materialize.

There are definitely some interesting matchups on the horizon. Let's see how good or bad Fury looks; same with Wilder-Stiverne. One of Wlad's goals is to unify all the belts and there's a good chance that he will have the chance next year

Yea u said it right. This was the most entertaining klitscko fight ive seen since haye. There where moments in the fight i thought klitschko was about to go down. Alot of ppl jusdge vlad for not engaging or being a coward, but pulev made this a real street fight that klitschko hasnt really been in and klitschko just showed everybody he is fully capable of battling anyone who throw at him.....this is how you fight klitschko!....but pulev didnt have the power to finish him off.....imagine i fight with wilder if he becomes champ....now that is what i wanna see

I'm a Wlad fan but keep it real, Pulev is **** like I said before the fight. Yeah they look great before because they are fighting absolute bums.

Pulev is not a good fighter, he is not even in the top 10 best fighters Wlad has fought/beaten maybe not even in the top 15.
He won't bounce back and beat Stiverne or Wilder, they will both K.O even quicker than Wlad did.

A quick examination of Pulev's resume reveals he fought good quality opposition.

Pulev looks good against them because he IS good. He did well against Wlad but Wlad is Wlad.

I don't think Wilder could beat Pulev at all. And I think Pulev vs Stiverne is 50/50.

Your a Wlad fan but you underrate his obviously good opponents?

If thug, urban, doe, Shaniqua, etc... isn't racist then I'm very sure a made up name obtained from a red panda at my local zoo along with saying he came from a puss tube is surely not racism. No I seen blatant racial remarks. Implying he was of small statured Mongoloid origin in a negative fashion, just like your doing still now with the panda bear comment.
