Look this. Seconds before KO, Pulev threw some nice shots that rocked Wladimir, but then he lost concentration and everything was over...

      • You know what, I'm sold...I am a fan of Wlad. It's been creeping up on me in recent years, but the lack of opponents that I actually had been following and knew who they were kinda slowed down my interest in them. But I LOVE heavyweight boxing more than any other weight class, and Wlad is just such a dominant force, I can do nothing but look on in awe at his talent. And he is talented. He's not just a tall, strong guy. He is intelligent (he's a freakin doctor) and he's tough (maybe has a weak chin, but otherwise, he is tough...you can't blame a guy's heart for having a weak chin..that's just genetics and anatomy, right? correct me if I'm wrong.)

Weeks would have been infinitely better in that fight than Pabon.

              • I've followed Wladimir Klitschko intently for the last 8 or so years and this was his most dangerous fight. Pulev had the almost the right game plan; pressure Wlad, take the fight to him; rough him up, hit the body and head on the clinch and make him uncomfortable. Pulev did all those things and seemed like he wobbled Wlad on several occasions but was not able to capitalize because of the holding. However Pulev did not employ a good enough defense to withstand Klitschko's superior offense.

At the end of the day, Wlad impressed me. He kept his composure against a very determined and rough opponent and landed his signature power punches with precision. Kubrat Pulev also impressed me with his grit, determination, toughness and warrior like mentality; he took a lot of chances to muster his offense but was caught with the big bombs and went out on his shield.

This was as good a fight you will see with Wladimir KLitshcko

Agree with you. Entertaining, rough fight. Yet, people still can't let go of an agenda enough to simply watch it without whining and complaining."peeleft:
