I have a feeling if you turned the colour on your telly set to black and white, suddenly, you'd be praising him for his talent.Would getting into "max condition" give him any skills? Will he become technically sound? Will muscles equate to boxing knowledge? No,,,,, it won't!
Just another over sized modern day oaf!!!! Too Tall Jones Junior!!!!
Tyson Fury terrific name for a fighter! ..........Marciano Hellraiser!!!!hahahaha
His promoter would have to pay me to watch him, a lot too!!!
You once tried to sell me that Muhammad Ali had amazing skills.
Fury and Muhammad share many common traits imo.
Both love to out-tall and out-weigh their opponents and commit less to power for more speed (for their respective sizes).
Except I wonder if Fury would lose to a 205lb plodder, or a 7 fight green 26-17 195lb CW bum? Somehow doubt it!Last edited by Elroy1; 11-06-2014, 08:07 PM.Comment

Other then the fact that they both happened to wear shorts and glove to make a living there is nothing common between Ali and Fury.I have a feeling if you turned the colour on your telly set to black and white, suddenly, you'd be praising him for his talent.

There are some similarities between Fury and Ali. But why should anybody have to "sell" it to you that Ali had amazing skills? Surely that's evident just from watching his fights.I have a feeling if you turned the colour on your telly set to black and white, suddenly, you'd be praising him for his talent.

Fury has a lot more skill than many people give him credit for. But when he tries to emulate Ali, lowering his hands and inviting his opponents to try and hit him, they often do just that. He's too huge and gangly to get away with that kind of show boating.Last edited by kafkod; 11-06-2014, 10:10 PM.Comment

Last time I checked Ali wasn't known for evading that much punishment, except when he was really young. There are some similarities between Fury and Ali. But why should anybody have to "sell" it to you that Ali had amazing skills? Surely that's evident just from watching his fights.

But your right about Fury. A little bit more defence would probably do him justice.
He looks strong and fit to me really and hate to admit it but Laced Up is right, it just isn't Fury's make up to have a 6 pack. Only if he cranked the juice right up like the other giant boxers. Then guys will complain about that too though!
Besides, I think if Fury came in too fine, he'd be even more easily damaged!
Having body fat doesn't mean less muscles!Comment

Gotta admit he looks cool. That beard is sweet, wish I could grow one like that. Don't know about the shaved head though.Comment
