The knee injury was always mentioned as a factor, bro.

Yes Cotto was underdog, but with the Chavez Jr 12th round scare, Murray debacle in Argentina, and knee surgery, Cotto looking like a rejuvenated fighter people gave him a decent shot over an old, injured Martinez. It turned out he had more than a decent shot against an old, injury plagued Martinez. People don't give him enough credit, they thought even an injured 40 year old Martinez would KO Cotto. I thought Martinez would beat Cotto and I give Cotto his dues for that win and the way he did it. I also had Murray beating Martinez. Martinez is in a 2 fight losing streak in my eyes.

Exactly. The master thread poll wasn't even close, 75% of NSB had Martinez winning. All the people that voted for Martinez were the same ones crying about Martinez's knees after the fight. Yet they still voted for Martinez, LOL.
