The only relevant comment made so far .... Ward just needs to get back in the ring.
No comments needed about GGG, since his manager already made official statements that are documented here @bscene.

Putting aside his issues and who is at fault, Ward will need at least one tune up when he returns. He'd be foolish not to take one since it will be about a year and a half before he enters the ring again.

Said nothing about a Tune Up before fighting GGG or anything like that Ward when he gets back of course he is going to want to shake the rust off but Ward haven't had a give me fight since Alan Green and that wasn't even by choice, that was the guy Showtime went with as a replacement in their Super 6

LMFAO at the desperation in some to try and turn this into at "GGG DUCK"

GGG fans got brave when they saw this video. Just a month ago i woulda sworn GGG was supposedly too small for Ward and that Ward should stop picking on MW's. Now they get brave and claim Ward is ducking. When Ward called for GGG to step up, the peseants in the GGG village scrambled for cover as their lord's seriousness was being put into question. Now they're back in full force.

You really don't think Edwin Rodriguez was a gimme fight? It was more of a gimme than Green was, like you said Green was Super Six.

so for all the crap about ward wanting to fight GGG it turns out actually no he doesn't not till GGG is an old man anyway.

lol a bit of a kick in the teeth for the GGG haters so ... can anyone now name a single person that GGG is supposed to be ducking. Just one fighter ... come on name ONE!

Yeah, funny how these guys flip the script constantly.

Search the forum 2-3 months back and you will find countless threads with guys stating that GGG is a small MW and Ward was too big, therefore it was ok if GGG didn't move up. Then when Ward went on record to state that he would be happy to hand GGG his first defeat, all of a sudden Team GGG comes out in public and states that a fight with Ward doesn't make sense, since Ward doesn't have a following. Then Ward gets locked down with managerial\legal issues, and all of a sudden he's ducking GGG

I'm guessing that many of these guys, don't realize that their BS is easy to find via the search function.

Ward just made it look like a Gimme, Edwin Rodriguez was the one running his mouth, he was in some Tournament overseas and he was saying after he won the Tournament he want Ward and I guess he thought Ward would forget that he called him out. HBO is the one pushed for Edwin Rodriguez and end up overpaying Edwin to make that fight happen. But Edwin wasn't pick by any stretch to be a "Gimme Fight". He was on a roll at the time and he was undefeated coming into that fight so the fight actually MADE SENSE at the time.
