Because he cant afford to lose which will blow a Floyd fight totally , they must at all costs keep Manny winning if he is to have any chance of landing a Mayweather fight .

It really is so obvious what they are doing .

for the same reason Manny ran from 147, he eventually would have to fight some competition and get his ass put to sleep for good. He's just well matched. thats why you never see anyone call for the same comp as Floyd.

I thought Algieri was an educated man. Six months ago, few had even heard of him. Suddenly, he's this awesome fighter who is going to defeat Manny Pacquiao and be propelled to the top of the P4P list?!? I'm nearly at a loss for words! I will say this though: Manny, PLEASE BEAT THIS FOOL'S ASS!!

Strange comments. Would he be better served by being insecure and doubting his ability?

There's no denying this would def escalate his name towards the top, possibl top 15. Especially if he wins in convincing fashion. However he said "at the top." No way bruh. Even if you KO Pac. You would still be behind, Atleast 5-7 fighters without question.
