I would honestly rank Lewis higher then Holmes and Joe Louis as his resume was much better then both

I would basically put money on Lewis and Vitali to beat all other HWs ever.

Maybe Lennox's resume isn't as good as Ali/Louis but he will still beat the living **** out of them and that seems to matter more in my eyes.

Lennox Lewis didn't let anyone get away with a win against him - He always went after revenge.

High but not as highly as most others.

I think his resume is overrated personally and his skillset and fans talk about Wladimir being boring, must of only watched Lewis's highlight reel.

To me he beat a lot of C fighters and the proper standouts was faded.
I honestly believe to this day he lost that fight against Mercer. He never once faced a southpaw.

His resume is cluttered with so called good heavyweights like Shannon Briggs, Frans Botha & Andrew Golota who in reality never beat anybody worth a ****! Same with Michael Grant, Akinwande and in fact 95% of his resume.

Who the hell did Briggs ever beat? He got his ass beat by a 50yr old out of shape Foreman & lost to every bit of quality he faced, same with all the rest.

Underrated fighter when active, grossly overrated today.

I've noticed the same inconsistency and I'm not sure how so many of the people who hate the Klitschkos and the "modern era" rank Lewis very high.

I rank both very high, but I'm an consistent and unapologetic "modernist".

I guess it's the usual boxing stuff (race & nationality). Best to just ignore it.

Top 5 ATG heavyweight. Even better if looking at who would win head to head.

Analogy fails because Wilder wouldn't KO him.

uh yes he would. lewis got ko'd by 2 right hands from mcall and rahman and we know length gives him fits as we saw against vitali who landed at will against him. lewis was able to survive and come back but vitali isn't a big puncher, he's not surviving 4 rounds of punishment from wilder.
