I get what you're saying but they are similar in the fact that they are both counterpunchers. The way they do the counter punching is the difference. Floyd is defensive and much more econimical with his punches. JMM is much more aggressive, takes more chances and throws alot more combinations. They are both thinkers, set lots of traps and like for fighters to come to them, especially being agressive. What I am trying to find out is why you would think that Floyd could execute the same gameplan that Marquez does if need be. Also, like I said, there is more than one way to beat Pac. Give Pac movement (ala Mosley) and he easily gets confused. So what happens when Floyd uses movement, a long jab, a long straight right, counters, speed, a higher ring IQ and his defense?

You would know. My point was validated and justified by your own actions. You apologized and admitted you were in the wrong.

I agree, but that's mostly because Marquez is also much less defensively sound than Floyd is and much more agressive. But that doesn't necessarily mean that Floyd HAS to fight like Marquez to beat him. That is just one way to do it and IMO, Floyd could use that blueprint, improve on it and not have to take as much abuse. Pac isn't Maidana. He is not the size or as durable. He is not going to continue attacking attacking attacking after getting countered tme and time again, walking into couners. After a while, he is gonna become much more cautious(especially after the Marquez KO), his punch output will go down, just like almost all of Floyd's opponents.

thats the thing, u cant beat pac by not out punching him. with floyd he would rather wait and wait and wait until the right time to throw while marquez fights fire with fire and throws at the same time when manny is throwing. thats how marquez was able to capitalized on pac's mistakes.

if marquez would have been more defensive he would have lost the 4th fight or possibly get ko/tko. u're right, pac aint maidana, pac is much more than what maidana can ever pose. pac is not as duarable as maidana? really? LOL
maidana is rios version 1.0 (a much improve rios thats all). LOL

You turned it into why and when did I call you out rather than addressing the fact you had been wrong. Which you eventually did.
