Sergio gets broken down and stopped. He'd put up a good fight.

Martinez between the Pavlik and Dzinziruk fights was a beast...speed, good power and saavy

He aint walking through Maravilla's punches like Geale
JCC jr is NOT a big puncher, he couldn't even KO vera even though Rosado could, and he took Rubio to a 12 round decision in 2012. Pavlik took Rubio 9 rounds, Golovkin took 2.

Meanwhile many of the fighters Golovkin has knocked out have never been knocked out before, pretty sure he hits harder.

I think GGG would easily KO any version of Martinez. Martinez was good but not all that good. His record is full of draws and losses to guys like Williams, Cintron and Margarito and these are all guys that GGG would easily KO. GGG is by far the best middleweight alive and he easily KOs guys Martinez had a hard time with. Martinez never was in his class. How many top contenders does he need to KO in a row to prove that? Murray is next and GGG will KO him just like he KOed the last 16 or so guys. Anybody who doesn't like GGG better get used to him being the best anyway. Nobody will beat him in the next few years in my opinion.

Golovkin's fundamentals keep him in the fight and his power landing is a huge variable. Plus I think Golovkin is still learning, just a tiny bit by tweaking his body part(s) motion/position.

            50/50 fight

Only Mayweather, Alvarez & Chavez land 40% or more of their total punches. Plus/minus rating determined by subtracting opponent’s connect pct. from listed fighter’s overall connect pct., which includes jab connect pct. & power punch connect pct

Statistically joint 3rd lowest opponent connect percentage behind Lara and Mayweather, with overall the 3rd highest points rating for hitting your opponent/not being hit by them in return.

Never been knocked down, stunned or wobbled, yet a leaky defence? Are you high?
Ok now compare his opposition level to that of Mayweather and Lara.

And then tell me when he's ever faced anyone as fast, sharp and accurate off the backfoot as Sergio.

He's been getting hit by guys who aren't even there to win or punch back. A journeyman like Curtis Stevens was able to land clean combos on him and back him up. His defence is not great, he's very much there to be hit.

its an easy fight for ggg. martinez has no real defense just movement to go with a subpar chin. wont last long against a guy with huge power who is great at cutting off the ring

What? Bro ,did u watch ne of the fights u just mentioned or did u just google it ir something.

Martinez was robbed in both the first Williams and Cintron fight. I think prime Maravilla punishes GGG. But I not impartial. Maravilla was my favorite fighter

stevens only threw like 2 combos the entire fight. the rest of the time he was shelling. martinez doesnt shell and martinez also got hit byguys like mack and barker so if you are playing the he can be hit game ggg wins since he hits much harder
