Froch???? He is def in the top 10, but 5? No way, and Ward for reasons already explained does not deserve to be ranked at all right now.

Of course. Greatest fighter of his generation. Top 3 welterweight ever. Top 3 Jr. Welterweight ever. Pretty much in the top five of any division he ever competed in. He is worth $420 million bones. The richest man in boxing history including promoters. Lost a step, but is still miles ahead of the competition.

        LMFAO

manny has been tested and pushed more than any current fighter.

underdog, hostile crowd, last minute replacement, coming off ko loss, not making weight, stripped of title, behind on scorecards, rocked on ***** street, getting up after being dropped, bad cut, being fouled, lowblowed, elbowed, headbutt.....so on.

manny has been thru it all.

if/when pac losses, it'll be because he's old, bad style matchup, got caught, opp is better, etc.

it won't be because he was pushed/tested.
Wrong, He fought Rios, and Bradley, thats not a soft schedule, neither fighter had Manny in trouble at any point, Bradley buzzed him, but even that was more attributed to Manny losing his balance. Do not start shouting off everything he has done in his career, I am talking about since the JMM KO, we have not seen that chin tested, we have not seen him withstand any type of adversity. None. He seemingly is not ready for it either as he has selected CA as his next "opponent". Joke. And people call FMJ a cherry picker?

How does he not belong? Who has a better argument at his weight? Within 2 divisions of his weight? Nobody I can see. He will get moved up to #2 if he wins next month.

How is it GGG fault that everyone ducks him? He has called many people out. Like recently, Cotto has a optional fight before he has his mandatory. Thats Bulls**t. Fight Golovkin if you're bad. People talk about GGG like he hasn't fought 30 or so fights. I will never understand.

ok, top 5, no particular order (excluding manny and ***** boy cos its too easy). So here's mine:

                Wlad
                Bradley
                Rigo
                Froch
                Canelo

My criteria was hypothetically H2H in fights against guys in and around the division, career achievements, skill, recent form, opposition faced and titles.

For all you Americans, no Ward isn't on mine cos I can't even remember the last time I saw him fight.

                Honourable mentions go to:
                Canelo
                GGG
                Uchiyama
                Hopkins
                Stevenson
                Kovalev
                D Garcia

Because he is getting to much credit for fighting nobody, Rubio? DG? CS? Those guys are average fighters at this point, he has yet to face a serious challenge, as of now, he is a hype job, you have to concede the bandwagon is a little out of control
