The only people saying "you aren't a real boxing fan if you don't like a certain fighter" are the Golovkin fans in this thread.

The fact you people are acting like you have to be a fan of a fighter is literally insane.

I don't like Ruiz, Ward or Soliman.

But I would much rather watch Klitshko over Golovkin.

That's MY preference. Me personally as a Fan of Wlad would rather watch him, Wlad entertains me when he fights. What entertains me is up to me.

Not everyone views things the same. Not everyone's view of entertainment is the same.

Of course he is, he's a seek and destroy fighter. It's not his fault he isn't getting tested by some of these guys. Quillin, Murray, Sturm, etc have all ducked him.

Better question, do you look forward to his fights?

If you like the way those guys fight, hey, no problem I'm not going to post insulting threads about your opinion of your favorite fighters. But to even question if GGG is exciting...how could his fights NOT be entertaining to ANYONE...IMO. He isn't a crazy wild mauler type slugger, in which case one could say I don't like that style, I like some skills not just wild punching. But he HAS skills and doesn't just slug his way inside.

As Maximum said "are you entertained!".

I agree with those posters who say GGG has not fought a major challenger yet...but like a lot of guys he needs a promoted to get a big fight for him.

Golovkin is exciting to watch. His competition doesn't excite me very much, but I do like what he does against overmatched fighters; he gets them out of there as expected.

A lot of guys don't wanna fight him and that's unfortunate, but considering he only made his HBO debut 2 years ago, he's really only now starting to match his risk with reward, since he's built his name up. So, logically, those big fights are now more likely to happen.

There's no doubt he brings excitement as most KO artists do but being entertained by a fighter is complete preference like I just said.

Most find Klitschko boring, I don't.

Most find Golovkin entertaining, I don't.

Being entertained by something is literally complete preference.

As I said in another thread before the fight, Rubio is a pedestrian with nothing to offer. Fight Ward or at least a Euro level guys like Froch. Nothing exciting about this guy.
Lol at Froch being euro level. How the fcuk do you get to be p2p #2 when your career best win is euro level? Fcuking flo mo morons
