Arum has a contract for one more fight, not a date. (I think)

Is Froch exclusive to HBO? Either way HBO will negotiate with Haymon for a Chavez jr fight. Honestly I think he's going back to TR, fight out his contract then leave

Arum is not being sued. He is supposedly suing Chavez to enforce the contract that Arum claims he has. I say supposedly because Arum is not talking and acting like a man who has filed a lawsuit to enforce a valid contract. He is talking like a bitter promoter who is angry that one of his prize fighters is leaving him.

A few months ago, Arum was only willing to put Chavez in the ring with Froch if Chavez signed an extension. Now, he is willing to do it without an extension. Sounds like a desperate move to me.

I personally don't think signing with Haymon would be a good idea for Chavez Jr., but getting rid of Bob Arum is the best move he could ever make.
