Did you read the article? Roach says we will not wait forever-that is the same stance Floyd took in 2009 regarding the 14 day cutoff you keep asking about. how could this be all on pac since floyd refused to budge even a little bit on testing?

what happened when pac agreed to full testing and floyd went into retirement, and now all of his excuses not to fight pac (joining TMT, floyd doesn't like punchers gloves, pac has marquez problems, accepting very little money, etc.).
