Blood testing isn't necessary to catch cheating... Your DNA is the same, T level is the same, your hormone levels are them in any form of testing. Urine, hair and saliva testing and possibly other ways I don't even know about. Blood testing isn't even necessary, if you watched/read some documentaries on doping there is stuff that can be in and out of your system in an hour for a quick boost. Basically like a legal shot of ******* except your reaction time etc... are all better and it's out of your system in an hour or two. If you think needles are the only way to catch someone you are sorely mistaken.

absolutely not. I think Manny refusing is what stopped the fight in 2009. I think floyd should have let the anger from that go and make a reasonable effort to make the fight. I think Bob stopped the fight in 2012 by taking Manny to his son in law to get stitches. I think Manny could have accepted the $40 mil offer but floyd really didn't have to lowball and rub his nose with that offer.

No, the Myth has been shredded that he has superpower when he failed to knock anyone out above 140. For him to be "spectacular" Manny has to knock ppl out. The flip side is that had Floyd agreed to a 14 day cutoff...fight would have been made. Bear in mind that Floyd asked for a 14 day cutoff before and now it's no longer good because Pac agreed to it (was asking for 24 days)? Whatever Pac compromised with. .Floyd will come up with another demand or modified demand in his favor until it'd evident to Pac's camp it's a lost cause.
