Chavez Jnr. actually fired Billy Keane recently.... thought there was something there.... then he went on a twitter rant last night how boxing is racist against Mexicans or somethingComment

Chavez Jr in Vegas is the biggest fight out there for Froch. It's as simple as that.
I'm probably James DeGale's biggest fan on here but I don't care if Froch doesn't fight him.Comment

Chavez is definitely the biggest fight available but GGG would be very big too if much more dangerous.Comment

GGG is obviously a better fight for us hardcore fans but not a bigger fight. The Chavez Jr fight goes straight onto HBO PPV and will obviously be Sky Box Office PPV over here. Golovkin is not a PPV fighter yet in America.
If Froch beats Chavez and Golovkin manages to get Cotto or Canelo, then Froch-Golovkin becomes a monster fight.Comment

Well, he has been fighting the best comp basically but he just hasn't done even remotely close enough to pass Calzaghe, much less be considered a legend or ATG. Like I said, a HOF induction would be borderline.Comment

Lol @ Froch being a legend! Get real. Maybe a brit legend in brit hearts. He wasn't even ever the best in the division. Give it up homer.
P.S. Joe Cal would have used him as a ring corner towel on his worst night.Comment

I'm not sure how Chavez Jr and GGG have become the biggest fights available. I can't imagine a casino in Vegas getting sold out with either guy facing Froch, unless the tickets are dirt cheap and they're looking to sell 5-6k seats. And how much PPv revenue are they really going to get in the US over this? I'd be surprised if it cracked 100k and that would be a huge sell imo.
Froch is better off fighting his mando, in front of a packed stadium and with 700k min PPV buys in the UK.
The only way Froch makes a massive US splash, which is what he wants, is if he moves up to 175 and faces Hops.Comment
