never trust a banker and someone who hides in the shadows like a villian.
But trust a known and multiple offender drug addict?

In business i would trust a banker over a drug addict any day of the week

bankers are the worst. look at the world today. bankers are taking down entire countries.

and oscar is a changed person. i wish you would change your ways instead of supporting filth like schaefer and haymon.

you have the power to be a good person. good people recognize and support other good people while bad people recognize and support bad people.

what has happened in your life for you to support such bad people?

I like Oscar but he brought this on himself. I know most drug addicts cant help it but there is no one to blame here but Oscar. Had he been there the whole time this probably wouldnt have happened.

But like i said im still rooting for him to succeed
Ya a lot of this is his own fault, but it still seems extremely shady what shaefer was up to by allowing Haymon to usurp their stabe and giving GBP's dates to his fighters. Him and Haymon were up to something and I hope it backfires on them.

That said Oscar is a d-bag as well if you ask me....he has one of the most transparent public persona's if you ask me and always did. All the people who think Oscar is some sort of hero and Richard is a villain need to remember that they rolled together for years and Oscar thought he was great. Tricky **** didn't just get that way overnight and it worked for Oscar for a long time.

            how am i trolling?????????

schaefer and haymon are BAD people. why can't you see this? why can't you look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you are WRONG???

            be honest with yourself, please.

positive good energy recognizes other good energy and they feed off of eachother while sad and angry people feed off of negativity and gravitate towards bad things/people. this is truth.

So now Oscar owns 87% of GBP and after his case against Schaefer ends he will get 50 million or close to that amount. What's the problem? If he chooses to sell Stock there are others out there willing to buy.
                  1) Certain statements are made out of courtesy. They didn't have a bitter falling out so they're not going to say something that would deter future investors; similarly, they're not going to say something that will hinder future relationships (I wouldn't want to do business with someone who showed little respect for their previous business partner(s).

You're supposed to look past statements and understand why they acted a certain way, in spite of their words. That they made money in the past, but they're now stepping away, points towards them having some concerns over the company's future.

                  2) The problem is Oscar is taking on more liability, assuming he purchased the shares out of his own money. It's something that could also affect his personal life if he has to take money out of his own account.

If the company bought back the shares, from the previous investors, it would diminish its overall capital.

Oscar radically altered the direction of his company and as the majority shareholder that was his right, but those decisions come with consequences. Their plan seemed to be working, then Oscar rides in and now the company's position has seemingly deteriorated to the point investors are leaving.

It just speaks to ill advised decisions by Oscar but it is his company now more than ever so good luck to him hopefully he can get the company back close to what it was.

This pull out by key investors may be due to not seeing a return on investment, but it's also at least partially due to relationships with Schaefer. Oscar has a potential advantage in that he is a well known and liked former boxer turned promoter, who actually loves the sport. Schaefer, Haymon, AEG and Brener probably don't share Oscar's passion for the sport, and are more interested in turning a profit. We've seen how Schaefer and especially Haymon are willing to give us crap fights for big money. They are ruining the sport for profit. If Oscar is able to stay sober and surround himself with good people who share his view of wanting to make the best fights, he can still succeed, and fans can benefit. Money-grubbing clowns who only seek to milk fans of big cash for sub-standard fights need to get out of this business.
