Liverpool heavyweight David Price is already talking up a possible clash with rising star Anthony Joshua. Olympic champion Joshua, 24, continued his knockout sequence and claimed the WBC International Heavyweight title with a second-round stoppage of Denis Bakhtov on Saturday night and faces another domestic rival, 39-year-old Michael Sprott, next up in November.
But Price, 31, is back on an upward curve with three victories since losing back-to-back bouts with Tony Thompson and was bullish about his chances should he be able to secure a fight with Joshua in the new year.
