Actually he "speaks english" quite well, its reading that we are not so sure about and to use that as a reason, for anything, is ignorant. I think its intriguing to see somebody who I presume speaks english on a daily basis, but clearly has little to zero command of the language, while mocking internationals who speak 2 languages at a higher level.

The promoter pays for 24/7, NOT the network, so one episode reflects how Arum feels about this fight, and the PPV buy rate will reflect how fans feel about Arum staging a non competitive fight, and than being to lazy to properly promote it.

The truth is that Pacquiao no longer peak the interest of the general public. He fights nobodies and has beens. He's been knocked out by an old man. And that's why he has 2 fight over in Asia. His ppv numbers area joke. He's ducking Kahn... the one guy who could help his ppv numbers. But because of all the times kahn dominated Pacquiao in sparring, Pacquiao became fearful of him.
