These shows get boring unless you put 2 new fighters on there

24/7 and All Access are completely played out. It was a fresh, great idea in the beginning but now it's boring and repetitive- especially since it's the same 2 guys over and over, doing and saying the same exact things every time. Floyd doesn't even show any training footage, **** is like real house hoes of Vegas featuring Floyd Mayweather.
I'd much rather just see training footage and hear the coaches talk about fight strategy.Comment

i consider myself a hardcore boxing fan and honestly both seem played out to me lol, the 24/7's dont get me hype anymore like they used to when i just started following boxingComment

I'm a big fan of 24/7, but yeah, I realize that it is mostly the same thing over and over at this point. I just think HBO does a great job with their production on these types of shows. And I don't just mean 24/7, but Hard Knocks as well. They also do a 24/7 for the NHL Winter Classic.
Maybe I'm just a sucker but I could probably watch a 24/7 on mother**king ping pong opponents. I just like the show.Comment

the reason pacquiao's stock has went down is because he got his ass whooped and with the exception of bradley(even if he can't punch) he's been facing weak opposition.Comment

HBO is acknowledging that this is a crappy fight that very few people will pay to watch, so why waste their time spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on numerous 24/7 episodes. Or, maybe HBO is acknowledging that 24/7 is not worth a damn unless Floyd Mayweather is one of the fighters involved.
Pacquaio/Bradley II was one 1-hour episode. Pacquaio/Algieri is going to be one 30-minute episode. Pacquaio's next fight will probably consist of a five minute promo on Boxing After Dark.Comment

I think HBO should at least do a full one hour episode on it, no matter how useless or repetitive it is. I mean they're putting it on PPV for f**k's sake. They have even done 24/7's for non-PPVs (Ward/Dawson for example).
30 minutes for a PPV? It's just more evidence that this **** should be on World Championship Boxing and not PPV.Comment

Not to mention the fact that anything genuinely interesting that happens will be released on a YouTube channel or boxing blog long before 24/7 airs anyway.
