most recently against mosley, dont give me that "shane gassed" as if it happened all on his own bull**** either. shane gassed because floyd hurt him with bodyshots and kept touching him downstairs not allowing him to get his wind back. his age did decrease his recuperative abilities im sure, but the idea that a fighter at world level is incapable of doing three rounds without gassing by default is ridiculous. shane slowed down for the same reason floyd buckled, they both got nailed.

he went 12 hard rounds against castillo with one arm, funny how the same people who claim castillo kicked his ass then want to turn around and act as if it was an easy win for floyd when it suits them.

corley rocked him several times too and augustus stayed on top of him and made him fight at a ferocious pace when floyd was coming off a layoff and a trainer switch. floyd to this day maintains that was his physically toughest fight. hell, even the first maidana fight was rough at times.


funny thing is floyds haters dont even realize what a compliment they are giving him. being an undefeated world champion for 16 years across 5 weight classes fighting the level of opposition floyd has without having your heart tested once? if that was true floyd really would be TBE.

He's just far better than ANYONE in this era, no one is good enough and he's just better and they are good boxers just not best ever material, they are not good enough to drag him into the kind of fights you guys are clamoring for, cause he's more concerned with WINNING and isnt that what a competition is about? he even will out class manny, cause he's just that damn good.
