Off the top of my head Margarito, williams and Hearns were massive at welterweight. In the lower weights donaire and frampton look pretty big. Duran was even quite big for a lightweight.

brandon rios was a gigantic lightweight. i think he took drugs to get down in weight, and healthily rehydrate.

chavez jr at 160 was about as big as you're ever gonna see. dude was 182 lbs on fight night, which is a cruiserweight.

i remember mike jones being a freaking enormous welterweight.

so was paul williams. williams would enter the ring as a SMW by the end of his WW run. 160-164 lbs, if you can believe that.

mikey garcia, light rios, may take drugs to get down in weight. his struggles making 126 were documented on HBO. the kid could hardly walk back to his hotel room, and was puking in an elevator.
