If there were more people with common sense like you are displaying then a lot of the way society controls and censures (sp?) people would not exist. Just because a word describes color and does not have the impact of another does not make it inflammatory.

There will always be the type of idiots that Lenny Bruce was famous for exposing that want to give words incredible powers to disrupt. Every day high school kids mess around and inevitably one kid will yell the F word (F-gg-tt). This word never had the power to insult gay people until one day gay people decided it was inflammatory. This type of nonsense does nothing for sensativity or racial understanding, it only makes censorship and confusion and gives words powers.

Think about the context in which things are said as well what was said if you can. Taylor was being racist when he said that **** and its plain as day, hes a racist whether you want to defend it or not.
