Some may not agree with the names on the list, but I feel like these fighters are the weakest links in their division, which qualifies them for the list.

And the I.B.F. seems to have the weakest champs overall.

I always thought Bey wasn't very good because he was like 25-26 years old and still had time to get better, but come to find out, he just plain sucks, .

I voted for Lamont Peterson.

1) We know that he juiced for the fight with Khan, where he won the title he is currently.

2) He was brutally knocked out by Matthysse in a fight that occurred at 141lb for the sole purpose of ensuring titles wouldn't exchange hands.

That he can still call himself world champion is a black eyed on the sport.
