Mickey Bey.

Barthelemy is being unfairly trashed. He did dismantle Argenis Mendez twice to was a decent title holder. All of the other title holders on that list have beaten some solid fighters.


Mickey Bey didn't deserve a title shot in the first place and he was basically gifted that belt in the Vazquez fight although neither guy deserved to win.

Even though his belt is from a close to irrelevant organization you could make an argument for manny pacquiao. He is a welterweight champion who has not beaten an ELITE FULL FLEDGED welterweight in the last three years.

Lamont Peterson got knocked out in three rounds in a fight with a contracted weight ONE pound over the limit of his division. He's probably the least deserving champion in boxing at the moment, if not the worst.
