Some may not agree with the names on the list, but I feel like these fighters are the weakest links in their division, which qualifies them for the list.

And the I.B.F. seems to have the weakest champs overall.

most of them are terrible. daniel jacobs thinks/pretends he's a world champ when he's just an interim champ. guerrero is the master at doing that. he pretends he's a 5 weight world champ when he's only a 2.
