HBO has at least six that I know of:

    GGG-Rubio/Donaire-Walters
    Hopkins vs Kovalev
    Crawford vs Beltran
    Canelo vs Clottey
    Bradley vs Chaves
    Pacquiao vs Chris (ppv)

And last year showtime had the better cards,my year by year this stuff changes but it's no indication that showtime boxing is over... And mid-November thru January is usually the slowest time of the year for matchmaking...

Yeah they have probably wasted their budget this year, and are short on cash, but next year is a new year with new budget and showtime will still be airing fights..
I do think it sucks that they cancelled shobox, that was my favorite boxing show if the past decade...

Some of those are in October,, I was just talking about nov/dec,,,

But yes it seems that showtime has blown it's budget for the year, but it hardly think that it's totally over for showtime boxing,, next year they will continue to put on fights

Yeah Unfortunately they blew their load on a bunch of crappy cards. Of course they'll be back next year with a fresh budget, I just hope they focus on quality fights and stop green lighting every proposal that lands on their desk. They need to be more selective. Or better yet fire Espinoza and hire a boxing guy that doesnt have ties to Golden Boy, Top Rank, etc.

I wish they would go back to 03-07 era when they groomed guys like hatton, lacy, calzaghe, bought fights instead of fighters, and had shobox with really even matchups,,
Anytime that showtime tries to be like hbo, they fail... Like in the mid to late 90s when they put on Tyson fights, Chavez, Tito and most were mismatches, and now your seeing the same thing happen..

Yeah it was basically guys would start on ESPN, work there way up to Showtome and graduate to HBO.

Three months left for this year and nothing has been announced yet. Can't wait to see Espinoza gleefully tweeting, "Broner vs TBA on December," "Matthysse vs TBA on the same card..." LOL. What a joke.
