Top country in boxing. The U.S. or Mexico?
Collapse

right now its Mexico. Us is not looking bright and the future for US boxing isnt looking that bright eitherComment
-
ok, fair point
List the best Mexican boxers then and we can see.I didn't list either countries "Top" fighters. I listed their "Superstars". Andre Ward is one of the "top" fighters in the U.S., but he is not a superstar, right?
The fact that Mayweather beat Alvarez and Marquez does not nullify the rest of Mexico's body of work as a whole.
I mean, if we're talking about which country produces DIVAS that need every advantage then the U.S. destroys Mexico,

People are dodging the facts. Let's compare the p4p list for both countries:
U.S.
1. Floyd Mayweather
2. Andre Ward
3. Timothy Bradley
4. Bernard Hopkins
5. Danny Garcia
6. Mikey Garcia
7. Terence Crawford
8. Demetrius Andrade
9. Robert Guerrero
10. Lamont Peterson
Mexico
1. Juan Manuel Marquez
2. Juan Fransicso Estrada
3. Canelo Alvarez
4. Orlando Salido
5. Abner Mares
6. Jhonny Gonzalez
7. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
8. Miguel Vazquez
9. Santa Cruz Cherry Lemonade
10. Francisco Vargas
I mean come on. Mexico is a cute little country and they have some fun rowdy fans that love boxing and get hyped up over their cute little toe to toe tough guy contests but in terms of pure talent, there is no comparison.Last edited by -PBP-; 10-03-2014, 11:53 AM.Comment

Oscar Valdez may be a better prospect than Errol Spence and Canelo will surely be the next big star over Broner. Other than that, the list ends any argument the TS has.People are dodging the facts. Let's compare the p4p list for both countries:
