But at the end of the day, the people in charge over there are corrupt and care very little about the people who have to deal with the drug violence, the ****s, the murders and the assassinations.
There's corruption on both sides of the border when it comes to the war on drugs let's not be naive. It's not by chance that Cartels have military weapons at their disposal. Whether it's corruption or neglegence, but the accessibility cartels have on weapons this side of the border is only fueling the war.

In regards to fighters, Mexico is boss at the lower weights but it cannot compete with the US at the higher divisions.
The US dominates the higher divisions? Wut? In what decade? Not this one

From middle through heavy is almost all non-American, 1 or 2 fading guys (Hopkins, Ward) preventing their total absence.

I think another thing in favor of Mexico is Mexican fighters' willingness to fight the best.

Juan Francisco Estrada: Roman Gonzalez, Brian Viloria, Milan Melindo, Richie Mepranum, and Giovani Segura. Back to back to back to back to back.

Juan Francisco Rodriguez: Merlito Sabillo and Katsunari Takayama back to back.

Canelo: Austin Trout, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Alfredo Angulo, and Erislandy Lara. Back to back to back to back.

Juan Manuel Marquez: Manny Pacquiao, Tim Bradley, and Mike Alvarado back to back to back.

And they're willing to fight at a disadvantage in order to fight the best. Estrada moved down in weight to fight Gonzalez, and Canelo fought Mayweather at a catchweight.

A 21 year old, two 24 year olds, and a 41 year old.

            And another.

Abner Mares: Yonnhy Perez, Vic Darchinyan, Joseph Agbeko x2, Eric Morel, Anselmo Moreno, Daniel Ponce De Leon, and Jhonny Gonzalez. Back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back.

We're strictly talking about Mexico vs U.S not the entire world, I know who's dominating the heaviest weights. Reading comprehension, you need more of it.

he didn't say his dream was to fight a Mexican.

He is eager to fight Chavez Jr. Ward, not as eager.

The top 2 Mexican fighters listed by the TS won maybe 1 out of 24 rounds against the top American on the TS list.

Like I said on my post, it's hard to match them head to head because it isn't fair, Mexicans are generally smaller than Americans. This is more about comparing the two countries.

I didn't list either countries "Top" fighters. I listed their "Superstars". Andre Ward is one of the "top" fighters in the U.S., but he is not a superstar, right?

The fact that Mayweather beat Alvarez and Marquez does not nullify the rest of Mexico's body of work as a whole.

I mean, if we're talking about which country produces DIVAS that need every advantage then the U.S. destroys Mexico, .
