Lara won 115-113 IMO but I didn't have a problem with Canelo 115-113; Canelo doesn't want a rematch because he will never look good vs that style like he did vs Angulo.

Clottey was a good fighter in 2009 today he's not that; this fight will be a replay of the Manny fight him covering up and Canelo throwing combo's. Unless you define Mundine as a barometer for still being a good fighter.

clottey can fight there is no doubt about it but to say this is a cake walk for canelo is just ludacris to me...and this is coming from a canelo fan.

I think Canelo is right. Going into the fight Lara had promised to beat the hell out of Canelo. In stead he fought a running, retreating fight all night. Lara didn't get hit much because he is a fast runner. Lara didn't land much because he didn't throw much. Yes, Lara is highly skilled and lightning fast. He is very hard to hit and his own punches are very fast, accurate and well timed. Neither Lara nor Canelo landed many punches because Lara didn't come to fight. He came to land a few quick punches and then run like hell. That is no way to fight and even a very good fighter like Canelo can't look very good when a fighter of Lara's speed and skill fights a defensive fight and runs the whole fight.

Clottey is good at blowing fights; he should have beat Cotto but he stopped punching and let the fight be closer and got jobbed; he hit Manny whenever he wanted to but decided to only throw 11 punches per rd. Clottey had the skill to beat Canelo years ago I just don't see him doing enough to beat him. He has to KO him anyways to win and that's not going to happen. HBO wants Cotto vs Canelo; Clottey is decent enough name and a minimal threat to not stop that fight from happening.
