Well your entitled to your opinion, but im pretty damn sure this is far from a tuneup...38-4 record i think will validate it....and theres nothing wrong with canelo stuggling against a very good fighter like clottey because thats what is expected when you fight the best out there... iexpect a tough fight along the scores of 116-112 across the board..

Lara deserves better than what Canelo is saying. It could have gone Lara's way.

If Ronnie Shields could have told Lara to have just a bit more offense, those scores would have been different. Except for Martinez who had that score in mind before the fight even started!

Lara got his shot and sqaundred his opportunity by running all night!!!!! Canelo has bigger names and fights to look forward too, and more money.

No one but Lara fans wanna see this fight again. Lara needs to get over it and move on.

Canelo has the likes of Cotto, possibly GGG or Chavez Jr in the future. With names like that Lara should not even be brought up. He has no one to blame but himself.

I think Matrisoyan-Lara 2 would be best for each other. Both guys will sit in the middle of the ring staring at each other and occasionally try to land a jab while the other gets a boner at the opportunity to land a possible counter punch. Those guys were made for each other.

Clottey was a good fighter in 2009 today he's not that; this fight will be a replay of the Manny fight him covering up and Canelo throwing combo's. Unless you define Mundine as a barometer for still being a good fighter.
