I also take into consideration not having your spirit broken, keeping composure whilst being able to maintain the game plan for the most part, not solely being able to take the damage. So in that case Marquez, Pacquiao and Mayweather. I know you said sledgehammer but I perceive those as toughest.

There's def a mental aspect to it. I wasn't really going for that persay in this thread, but def good input.
Maidana, although tough: gets hurt pretty bad in almost every fight he's in. I wouldn't place him in my top 5.
Rios
Marquez
That's 2/5. I'm not sold on Bradley or Maidana for TOP 5. Def tough though. And someone just shot down Alexander so...keep going.
Well you have to look at who the guy is fighting as well. To me being tough is not only about not being hurt - it's about what happens when you get hurt. I.e if Rios gets a little hurt or gets dropped in his next fight, is he not as tough?
Bradley was on ***** street vs Provo and still managed to tough it out and win the fight. Other guys would have gone by then. He also survived one of the most brutal looking knockdowns you could ever see vs Kendall Holt I think, and still managed to get up and win.
To me, that's tougher than someone like Alexander who just holds on so he's not hurt.
