domestic level fighter tbh, surprised he went the distance with abraham as he was stopped by both groves and degale. none the less i find it odd that someone who follows the sport wouldnt have heard of him. you probably have heard of him on other occasions, but he doesnt stand out as a fighter and has such a common name you probably just didnt take notice..
yeah the smith bros are a talented bunch, callum looks solid.

disappointed in the scoring but surprised that smith went the distance.

Your post said that it might set up fights between Paul Smith and Degale and Groves and they'd be interesting fights.

I met Paul at the Froch-Kessler 2 fight, he was very nice to me aswell.

He's in a terrible position now, he's obviously not getting Ward, Froch or Dirrell. I think that was his only chance.
Sadly, you're probably right, but thats the 'business'. It really only caters for superstars or the next big thing, whilst the jobbing fighter will always come up short unless they can land a Jackson or pitch an irrefutable shutout. Its a shame, but the reality of boxing is what it is. Its also why I hate boxers being referred to as 'bums'. Gotta admit, I cringe and get pissed of whenever I see that.

Smith has always had talent. Watching him from his younger days..he always had a performance like Saturday's in him.
Shame he linked up with Gallagher late in his career as they fit well.
