look at my post above yours, it wasn't about 154 lbs division, it was about a guy coming down from 154 lbs division fighting a guy coming up from 140 who was beating soundly in his debut at WW.

Come on bruh dont back up now. You said, " if thurman gets KO'd soon (is a possibility because that chin is a disaster waiting to happen) i wanna see him taking a big puncher from 154 lbs, lets see what his fans has to say." I posted the thurman vs quintana video.

(that was maidana first fight at 147 lbs, terrible debut) just to hear what his fans has to say about.
He was not coming down from 154, he has never weighed above 152. Thurman isn't a big welterweight, Maidana walks around heavier than him and weighs more on fight nights.

Btw the guy he fought instead of Thurman, Karass, weighed in 151 prior to fighting Maidana. Karass is bigger than Thurman...

Maidana clearly ducked Thurman, it was as blatant a duck as you'll ever see.

back up? you mean back down? i didn't, why should i anyway? all i say is that i wanna see him in a similar situation chino was in early 2012 to see how his fans and himself react if the promoters wanna match him against a bigger guy. besides, at that time, wasn't better try to get a fight with alexander, the winner, than maidana, the loser? who lost every round of that fight?

Is that why Madaina had a clean face and Floyd was full of lumps

Forget about it, they will allways bring this up because to date, that supposed "duck" of Chino is Thurman's biggest win.

"I've got an 0 and I'm not afraid to let it go." Quintana was already an established 154 lbs fighter. Bigger than thurman. So what are you talking about? Thurman was an up and coming prospect. If alexander won the fight, why would he fight an up and coming prospect? Makes no sense and it makes more sense fighting against maidana, who lost. Oh wait, he fought broner who came up from 135 lbs but wont fight thurman hhmmm
and dont get me wrong. I have been rooting for maidana. Hes a class act and a family man. I was happy he whooped clown broners assn that day.

you don't get it don't you? maidana was coming from a terrible performance, thurman wasn't.

don't lie to yourself, if he gets beaten the way chino got beaten by alexander he is getting a softer touch, and he would gladly take it. they all do it. look at broner? even danny, and he won against herrera (at least on paper) thurman is no different and he is with haymon.

How is thurman no different? He didn't beat 3 nobodies and broner and then magically land the mayweather fight. Maidana is with al haymon too numnuts
