Thurman may not have fought elite level competition yet but just give the guy a chance. He is the boogeyman at WW right now who nobody wants to fight. Just like GGG, he is yet to face serious competition but is feared nonetheless. I think Thurman would handle Maidana but it would probably be a good fight.

according to contursi, thurman was one of the options, he wasn't scheduled to fight him, and after the alexander fight can you blame chino for wanting a tune up?

if thurman gets KO'd soon (is a possibility because that chin is a disaster waiting to happen) i wanna see him taking a big puncher from 154 lbs, lets see what his fans has to say.
So you want Thurman to move up to 154 lbs like team Guerrero lol or have i misinterpreted this?

no, when the thurman fight was offered to chino's team he was coming down from 154 lbs. what i mean is that i wanna see him in the same situation chino was after the alexander fight, beaten awfully and being tried to match against a bigger guy. (that was maidana first fight at 147 lbs, terrible debut) just to hear what his fans has to say about.

Karass was a way better name then Thurman back in 2012 lol but I bet when thurman beat karass you count that as one of thurman legit wins huh lmfao.

who has thurman beat (these are his best names on his resume lol)

              Karass boohoo maidana did earlier
diaz boohoo holt did it earlier
              zavek boohoo berto stopped him
chaves boohoo lmfao rios had him scared for dear life meanwhile he wasnt scared to go toe to toe with thurman lmfao.

and yes these are all nobodies.

pssh dick riding boxing fans are a disgrace, is thurman related to your or someshit or you just a mad ****?
Come on bruh just stop emarrasing yourself. Maidana's best win is against Adrien broner, who only fought once at 147 lbs against paulie for crying out loud. Before that broner was fighting at 135 lbs. Hardly a legit win. Thats just like guerrero beating berto and ortiz beating berto.

Thurman beating Maidana more impressively wont lead to anything big for Thurman either, especially after Maidana's already coming off of 2 losses.
The difference is, this is post Mayweather-Maidana I and II.

Chino wanted a tune up fight and faced Soto Karass. Thurman wanted his biggest win of his career and faced Soto Karass. That's all i have to say.
I hope they fight and i'm sure Chino would do it for the right money.
