This is just blatantly untrue, and I'm a fan of Floyds.

Boxers are defined by their great rivalries. Even if Canelo were to become an all time great there's no way that fight will be remembered as a classic between the best of the era.

These two are the best of the current era. They're both going down as great fighters regardless of what happens, but they will always be tainted if they don't fight. Always, especially when there was almost a decades worth of opportunities.

Had Floyd fought and beaten Pacquiao 5 years ago. That "TBE" would actually be a pretty reasonable claim - What could you hold against him? The thing is, the best are not only willing, but determined to show they're the best. Floyd knows what the biggest fight is and he isn't making it happen. Neither is Pac and it's beyond tiring at this point hearing people picking sides in a rivalry which doesn't exist beyond ****ing twitter.

      #FALSE

Floyd will be forever linked with Pacquiao and vise versa. If Floyd retires without fighting him it'll be the same ***** going on right now for years. People will be arguing over May vs Pac forever if the fight never happens

TBE needs pac. pac doesn't need TBE.

TBE will be the biggest duck in boxing history if pac is not in his resume. you can't say that about pac.

these are entertaining threads when you're bored.
the fun will be tripled when TBE retires.

Factual based criticism about his boxing is not hating kid , starting threads about his private life about his personality , flip fopping your view from one guy to the next , making predictions and then after the fight making excuses with sour g****s .

Thats hating kid dont you know the difference ?

Floyd then said what if he loses.

Pac wants the fight, call him desperate and broke but he wants the fight.
Your hero floyd doesnt want it and would rather laugh that pac is desperate than fight him.
I certain this never happened because Manny said he wanted 50% and so did Floyd.

The power is still there. Cotto would have finished on his feet but Bayless stopped the fight. Following the Cotto fight the same amount of power that couldn't stop Cotto without the aid of the ref destroyed Margarito's eye socket and inspired Mosley to beg ****m to throw in the towel.

Clottey and Rios hid behind their guards all fight and barely opened up. Marquez was a bloody mess with a busted nose until the KO. As for Bradley, it remains a mystery how he broke 3 of his legs in both fights

Pacquiao's last real KO was at 140.

Manny's problem is that he thinks he is on the same level as Mayweather. Fame wise I would say yeah, Manny has a big name globally but in any business it is a #'s game and his are not comparing with Mayweather.

Not to mention that Pacquiao said prior to Floyd offering him no PPV that he would take less than Mayweather. Mayweather's problem is that he feels he doesn't need to let them make money off of his name not thinking that it benefits him as well. Both don't have to fight each other but in the long run that is going to reflect poorly on their careers considering both were in the same weight class and big names in the sport. Pacquiao doesn't want to be considered the #2 in the equation but in reality he is.
He didnt ask for 50-50 at the time, and 40m fixed is a far cry from 50-50 or even 60-40. When he said he'd take less, he probably meant 45% say. Hey maybe Floyd should have offered him $2? He said he'd take less, fair is fair
