I don't understand why everyone is so mad at Floyd. Dude was quiet about the fight really until Manny started throwing dirt at him. Dude just speaking up for himself and it's trash talk like always. Posters get so salty off of nothing. Facts are and has been that Manny and Arum only talk about Mayweather when Manny has a fight locked down or in the works. Arum has gone on record to say Mayweather is not an option and that he needed to build a stadium before they could fight. Now I know Floyd BS's a lot but lets not forget how much we had to stomach from Team Pacquiao as well.

I hope the fight still happens but if it doesn't then I won't be surprised. I think the main problem are the egos. Floyd felt like Manny should agree to his demands because he is the bigger name but Manny thinks he doesn't have to because he has a big name too but at the end of the day everyone who wanted a big fight took a hit in the demands department. Floyd gave into Oscar's demands because he really wanted the fight no matter how ridiculous the demands were.

Manny has always been tough to negotiate with (Cotto/Hatton). Now there is no doubt the Mayweather is the top earner in the sport so if Manny wants the fight he should take the L at the negotiation table because there is no way he can think he is on even terms with Mayweather % wise. That's not hate or fan boy opinion, but rather facts.

Fair enough. But the fact is Pacquiao is loyal to Arum and everyone knows this. Maybe you can write another wonderful essay about how Floyd should recognize and acknowledge that loyalty does in fact exist and discuss how Floyd should take this into consideration

First off a boxing fanatic doesn't get insulted off of another person's post about a topic that has pretty much been stretched out over the years. Second, can you take anything out of that post that made me out to be a fan boy or that wasn't facts? Ego's are to blame CHECK. Pacquiao doesn't want to give into Mayweather's demands CHECK. Mayweather IS the bigger fighter/boxer of the 2 value and money wise CHECK. Arum did say he needed to build a stadium before they could fight, CHECK. So what exactly did I say to make me out to be a Floyd apologist?
