Frampton's title is perfectly legitimate. Rigondeaux is the lineal champion, yes. That doesn't make all other titles "phony".

Duck , duck and duck .
I knew it and evrybody knew it . This kid would be smoked , exposed , embarrassed , and this is why he ducked rigo .

He was rigo mandatory before bob arum got him frampton mandatory , which is not a signed fight since frampton wants quigg or maybe defend with a nice cherrie picking and maybe face his mandatory . Who says frampton will fight him ? And besides frampton has a hand injury and who knows when he will fight again ?

Man this is plain duck , duck and duck . Why not fight rigo first , and if you win the wbo WBA and ring magazine then after becoming the best 122 in the world go for frampton then or santacruz ? Wouldn't beating rigo
Make you get a more profitable fight ? Make you the man ?

But you know some ? You ain't beating him , so the duck makes is the choice .

This kid , santajoke , mares , frampton , quigg , are all scared of rigo . No doub t .
I really believe that rigo and golovking are the most avoided fighters in the planet , right now .

Stop the ducking , cherrie picking , come on . What the f is this ? Nobody wants to beat the best ? The champ
? Hit and not be hit , can't hit what you don't see .

Rigo : go and call klisko , maybe he will fight you .

I don't expect many of these "Be a Man!!!" posters would be saying the same thing if it was them being offered a choice between a big payday against a beatable fighter or a small payday against an unbeatable one.

It's not like Avalos is that good anyway. If you're going to lose, you're better off making some money in the process.

It's not like he's fighting Rod Salka or Forfarna or something. He's fighting another legitimate world champion who he is mandatory for. And he's making more money.

People really need to distinguish what a duck is.

(This is assuming he fights Frampton btw, anyone less than that IS a duck)
Rigondeaux is the lineal champ at junior featherweight. He is also one the 5-10 best fighters in the world. Choosing to fight a beltholder at junior featherweight instead of one of the best fighters in the world is a duck.

If Stevenson going to SHO to fight Hopkins instead of Kovalev is a duck, then this is the definition of a duck.

              More money doe.

Stevenson (the champion) ducking the challenger is not the same as Avalos (a mandatory challenger to 2 belts) chasing the more lucrative belt.

And yeah boxers kind of fight for money.... it's the whole point of being a professional fighter. Believe it or not some guys are just looking to feed their families, not everyone is going to be an ATG like Muhammad Ali.

More money for frampton and a more winnable than rigo. Smart move. Sucks for rigo tho, THE #2 P4P FIGHTER! ! Yeah, I said it, #2!!

Fighters like Avalos know their limitations in the ring and are aware that a larger sum is awaiting his ass whooping by a lesser fighter than Rigo. I'm sure he isn't concerned with the belts Rigo holds, if he was he would have jumped at the opportunity, especially with the purse being somewhat low.

Anyone with half a brain saw this coming miles away... I used to feel for Rigo and was disgusted with Arum and HBO's manner of handling such a brilliant fighter. I'm slowly beginning to learn that brilliance in the ring hardly ever translates outside of the 4 corners.
