Cotto would be ecstatic to accept a Floyd rematch doe. You need to ask your idol if he wants a rematch. Can you tweet him or something? I'd be curious to know his answer. Cotto will take it in a heartbeat.

So Canelo wants to "reclaim" Mexican holiday PPVs. He wants notoriety and superstar status. Both he and Oscar realize that goal cannot be obtained fighting on Showtime opposite Mayweather, so they seek to set up a big PPV showdown on HBO against Cotto. So why is Canelo making his big return to HBO with a fight against a soon-to-be 37 year old, washed up, boring ass Joshua freaking Clottey???

I did read the post and nowhere does it say his name or hints of his name. But keep on with your love and affection, it clearly shows.

Canelo vs Cotto is the fight that needs to get made. I'm sure HBO gave Canelo such a lucrative deal knowing they had a very good PPV to counter Floyd's May date. Hard to see SHO being able to sway Cotto when such a high guarantee has been invested in Floyd. Cotto is the most marketable fight and is very winnable for Canelo. On the flip side, it's winnable for Miguel as well. Which I why I think Cotto turns down a Floyd rematch because he potentially comes out of this fight with way more bargaining power. Whoever wins comes out in a great position so this should be a no brainer. Chavez Jr is probably no where near middleweight, GGG is too risky for his first headlined PPV and no way Pac gets in the ring over a 150 limit. Make it Goldie!

If Mayfeather picks Cotto, i wonder if he will let him use the same gloves he used in the first fight.
