On top of that Bob isn't going to feed Pac to Mayweather, just yet. Let a lone guys like Thruman, Brook, Porter, or even Alvarez, Lara, and Trout. Or since everyone keeps talking about how welter weights need to fight middle weights, we should mention GGG.

But no, we will get Pac vs Bradley III, JMM V or some in house fighter who doesn't even fight at welter weight and is a completely irrelevant and will probably take place in China or Texas and bomb.

Meanwhile, I can picture Floyd offering Cotto a bigger purse to fight him in May. Cotto is in a great spot atm. Pac won't even look at him unless there is a catch to it. I can see Hoya and Mayweather at a bidding war to get Cotto for May... lol
This has nothing to do with floydie, stay on topic.

Cotto vs May in NY, ricans homefield advantage, vs the best, p4p#1will give, he is a "new" fighter since he has roach, and Floyd gave cotto his largest payday. If Cotto believes in himself and you can get homefield advantage, youre with a trainer who has you believing you can do it, you have a significant weight advantage, Beat the Best on the biggest stage, make the most money you can, or.........if cotto thinks he can beat Floyd what other fight is bigger for him?

Cotto is in a unique position right now and will probably make the most money he's ever made in his next fight regardless if its vs Alvarez or Mayweather.

Mayweather to some degree will have to present Cotto with a very good offer as Floyd needs him or someone like him to keep that May date that Alvarez wants.

It will be interesting to see how all this pans out!

I wonder if Chavez Jr can still make 160 to face Canelo, either way I hope Chavez Jr gets his issues resolved with TopRank soon so if he is in fact able to make the weight the fight can be made.

Mayweather likely won't fight outside of Vegas. Things are set for him there. A fighter would have to beat him senseless or KO him to get a win in that town.
