I think it aint that bad, i think hes no bradley or malignaggi. Pac started koing people on his 8th fight. Algieri on his 12th. We dont know if he continues it like 21-9ko, 22-10ko, 23-11ko. His percentage will or maybe soon rise.

Pacquiao fans need to stop trying to justify the fight. I'm a big fan of Manny but this fight is BS really as a PPV event. You have to call a spade a spade in these situations. Had Floyd chose to fight Algieri, imagine how much crap he would get for it.

I'd have no problem with the fight if it was a tune up for another fight but they are going to market it as a PPV and big event. This fight should be nowhere near a PPV.

Why is it everytime a fighter moves backwards that's supposed to give Pacquaio problems?

You need to be a good counter puncher, Algeri is not.

You need to have adaquet skills, Algeri doesn't have them.

The fact he can't punch either just takes it further out of his favour.

Algieri doesn't deserve to be in a ring with Manny; BUT his style is bad for Manny also, don't think he has the expierence to pull it off though

I thought the prevailing attitude was "this is boxing not knockouts". I've seen many even say "boxing is about hitting without getting hit". Chris has done that we'll enough for 20 straight wins and no losses. So why is his ko% a big deal? He's young, prime and undefeated and can stick and move. Isn't that the exact type of fighter people want Manny to face?

Every fighter was undefeated at one point. The question is, who has he beat to remain undefeated?-not many quality opponents. So what else does he have going for him? KO power? No. So basically he isn't much of a threat. That's why people harp on about his KO ratio.
