The rematch shouldn't have happened to begin with. The only way Maidana has a chance is if Floyd stands still and trades punches with him in a rock em sock em robots style fight. And when Floyd did that he STILL only won 4 rounds MAX.

If a fighter needs to handicap himself to make a fight competitive then there is no need for it to happen, let alone twice. This ain't affirmative action.

And even then, Canelo's performance against Floyd was the complete joke. With his Ol' 25 pound weight advantage trying to out slick em ass.

                    I'll take that bet.

Canelo v Cotto outsells Floyd v anyone not named Pacquiao.

Edit: actually I take it back, shouldn't bet on ****** stuff like PPV buys, should be about the boxing.

Look how lost he was against Lara and Floyd.
Not really, he was lost against Floyd though, but almost everyone is lost against Floyd.
Garcia was lost against Herrera, the pre-Garcia Maidana against Devon, Provodnikov after the first round against Algieri, but Canelo actually found a good way to break down Lara. He hit him systematically with hard bodyshot combos and slowedhim down. Canelo was really lost in the first 3 rounds but after that he realized that he has to let his hands go more and he did it. After the third round he only lost 2 others (I don't remember which ones) IMO on a rematch he would start the fight like he did from the 4th round in the first fight and he would get an easier victory. IMO Canelo won 115-113 the July fight but it was a close fight. Maybe I can understand if someone gave it to Lara by 115-113, but it's woeful when some guy are crying about robbery.
